| This is a GREAT, sturdy cover for the Kindle DX. The quality is excellent! It feels and looks like leather (not at all plastic or vinyl). BUY IT, you won't regret it one bit. The color is perfect deep red (not orange or fire color red). It holds the kindle on your lap, table and at the perfect angle. It adds a little weight to your kindle but I know a lot of people who cracked their screen by NOT using one. The added weight is so small, it's worth it because you don't have to hold it or curl back a cover while reading in bed! |

| I bought this as a replacement to the Amazon DX Leather cover which caused my Kindle to crack. After receiving a replacement Kindle I chose this to protect it. This cover looks like leather, is a much more attractive color, and holds the top and bottom of the Kindle securely in place. Plus, it performs quite well as a reading stand. Ii also is much lighter and easier to carry around than the Amazon version. Get this one, you won't be disappointed. |

| I went back and forth between the genuine lether version and this synthetic leather one. I was thrilled when I opened the package because this item looks and feels great! I am also glad I got the version that opens at the top. It is very comfortable to hold. |

My husband bought this as a gift along with my Kindle DX because he took one look at it and realized I could use it like an easel and that's exactly how I use it at times. It isn't to heavy to hold either. I love it's sturdy construction and I love the fact that I can read it while I'm doing anything with my hands. I also can sit it beside me on my bed and read from there.
The Kindle DX fits perfectly in it with no problems getting it there as well. This is a great design IMHO. |
